The front desk attendant was ok, no complaint there. But once you walked into the hallway, it smelled really bad! Everything is very old. The shower was clean, but everything else seemed dirty. The carpet in the room had lots of stains. I found a cockroach in the bathroom the morning we were checking out. The area around was ok, we got in late at night and didn’t feel unsafe. Thankfully we only stayed one night and didn’t really hang out there much. But I will definitely never stay there again.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Center. The breakfast facilities were a highlight: plenty of variety, fresh options, and attentive service that really set the tone for the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though I did find the pillows weren’t ideal for everyone—they may be too soft for those who prefer more support. A solid choice for both business and leisure travelers, and I’d be happy to return.

"Everything was excellent. Staff was beyond politeness. Clean hotel also. Would recommend staying here. I’m a handicap person and they were very helpful with anything. From valet to checking out. I mainly went for a concert but my friends and I stayed for some fun."
